Social - Whisky Tasting
Geoff from choir will be hosting another evening for whisky lovers. It's £12 and for that you'll be tasting whisky from 5 different distilleries (All 10 year old expressions). Geoff is hugely knowledgeable and kindly offering his time for free. The only cost is for the whisky itself, so a bargain!

This evening will be hosted by Geoff from choir at his home. As well as being a keen whisky fan, he’s also a qualified Whisky ambassador with the Whisky association and would be delighted to guide you through this fascinating subject.
Over the course of the evening Geoff will take you on a tour of whisky regions, explaining how whisky is made, and how to nose, taste and appreciate the various flavours. For this evening you’ll be tasting: 10 Year Old Whisky Selection (£12 per person)
A mix of Independent and distillery bottling from 5 different distilleries but all 10 year old expressions.
-Glenlossie 10 - cereal and grist. Notes of peels, fruit and malt with wood shavings and hay.
-Daluaine 10 - Pear and floral, violets, creamy feel in the mouth strong and warming.
-Arran 10 - Nice sherry cask whisky, vanilla, caramel, honey, digestive biscuits
-Royal Brackla 10 - floral and stewed fruit, buttery feel in the mouth fruitiness, warming
-Glendronach Forgue 10 - Heavily sherried gorgeously rich - banoffee pie
