Hello all, time for another whisky tasting I feel. I’ll be raiding my whisky collection of over 90 bottles to design a flight of 5 or 6 great and contrasting whiskies that will guarantee an interesting evening. From light bourbon cask to heavily sherried cask finishes, from distillery bottling to independent bottling, finishing with something from Islay to provide a bit of peat.
As usual I’ll ask for a £10 donation for the Wynaud Trust charity (kathy Beaumont ), and a contribution to cover the cost of the whisky. So the evening will be £25-£30 per head depending on the final choice of whisky but it will be confirmed in advance.
I’ll provide tasting glasses, tasting notes, etc as well as some interesting facts about what we will be tasting.
Your whiskies will be in 3cl bottles for you to try some on the night and take home should you wish to savour them later.
I have room for 8 people to don’t be slow in reserving a place if you’d like to come.
